The Yoga Garden Studio

Yoga is the union and liberation of body, mind, and spirit. The Yoga Garden is a space dedicated to the journey inward where we combine physical practice (asana), meditation, and pranayama (breathwork), to fully engage the whole being. Through this, the practitioner develops self awareness, strength, flexibility, peace of mind, and connection to spirit.

The Yoga Garden views the practice of yoga as an on going process and encourages each student to honor their own changing needs from day to day.  We are committed to helping each student find breath, balance, and healing in a safe, playful, and non-dogmatic environment.

At the Yoga Garden, we believe that at the heart of a community lies involvement and compassion. The Yoga Garden is committed to donating a portion of profits  to various charities and community  projects as chosen by our students. We look forward to offering numerous ways to come together and give back as a community.
