We now offer both ongoing and limited-series classes. Offering you the opportunity to practice your old favorites and try something new!
Beginners Series are offered monthly. Providing a slow and steady overview to all things yoga, you'll leave ready to join an all levels class with confidence.

Soon to be your favorite class! Yin Yoga/Restorative Yoga iare gentle and relaxing all-level classes that work deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.
Looking for a fun whole body work out? Come try Barre! Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, barre focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Power or Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced and focused on building strength and endurance. Power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout
Slow flow adds gentle vinyasa and flowing poses with an empahsis on slow and safe transtions.
This yoga based, breath centered 6 week series will focus on balance building using static postures and movement, building core strength along the way. Suitable for those new to yoga and clients wanting to regain and build mobility this is great place to start!
These classes tone and sculpt every major muscle group by combining strengthening moves and Vinyasa-style yoga flow. Full body strengthening with body weight resistance to get your metabolism moving. You'll burn extra calories, build healthy muscle, tone up those shoulders, biceps and core, and leave feeling calm and strong. One and two pound weights are available and thoroughly cleaned between classes.
