Body In Motion

Join us for an hour of strength, mobility, and release! We know a healthy body and mind requires a diversity of movement, strength, and release, especially as we age! In this one hour class we'll practice deep core, use weights to strengthen, and end with a delicious yoga stretch or myofascial release. Come prepared for a challenge and ready for some fun!
