Learn about the science behind meditation including how the brain structure and

the body’s physiology shift with the practice. Experience 4 different meditation

techniques including movement, mindfulness, visualization, and mantra. Discover

practices to prepare yourself for a specific meditation and how to find ease with

each technique. Hand written practices will be provided.

Instructor: Cami LeBlanc, MS, RD, C-IAYT is a practicing yoga therapist who finds

meditation as a key ingredient for life. “Meditation allows me to approach
