Restorative Yin Workshop

Join Michelle Gorman (Intuitive Energy Healing Guide/Yoga teacher) for a deeply nourishing Sunday evening, receiving the healing Benefits of a grounding Yin and Restorative Yoga practice.

Michelle guides a slow flow Yin practice, preparing your body to soften and fully surrender in restorative postures.
Simply two full hours of just Being, nothing to do, but receive.

In the Yin practice, we move beyond muscle engagement, softening into the deeper connective tissues. Yin Yoga can help release chronic holding patterns in the physical, emotional and energetic body.
In the Restorative practice we gift ourselves complete surrender with the support of props, seeking active rest, ease and restoration. 
Props provided, please bring a yoga mat and an eye pillow, if you desire one.
