Roll and Restore is a class combining traditional restorative yoga poses, myofascial release
rolling techniques and Nutritious Movement (by Katy Bowman) exercise. The classes will be gentle, slow paced and relaxing.
The class will be suitable for all levels of yoga experience and will include traditional yoga components including breath work, nervous system down regulation, grounding, and prop supported restorative yoga possess. The class will also include a component of myofascial release using yoga tune up therapy balls and traditional foam rollers. In addition, each class will incorporate body area specific movement exercises focused on countering the effects of a sitting oriented lifestyle.
