Melissa Barnet

Melissa holds two 200 RYT Certifications, plus certifications in Barre, Yin Yoga, & Yoga Nidra. These days her favorite yoga pose is a simple flowing cat-cow to find all kinks and quickly link movement to breath.

Sara Tharrington

Owner and Instructor Yoga

Sara Tharrington has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and is a 200 and 500 hour RYT. She loves functional movement and taking yoga off the mat and into life! Currently, her favorite pose is savasana with her dog.

Beth Moon

Beth holds a 200 -Hour RYT certification and is a True Purpose Life Coach. She is a gifted yoga, meditation, and movement teacher. Beth's favorite yoga pose is Pigeon.

Michelle Gorman

Instructor, Yoga 

Michelle is a 200-Hour RYT Certified Yoga Instructor with extra love for Yin and facilitating Womens circles. In addition to Yoga Michelle is an Energy Intuitive Guide, Reiki Master, Registered Nurse and Death Doula. Michelle's favorite pose is Dancer.

Kurt Merriman

In 2023 I received my 200-hour teaching certification from 8 Limbs in Seattle.  I have also completed the Roll Model Method certification from Jill Miller’s Tune Up Fitness program, focusing on the use of therapy balls for myofascial release, pain relief and self-care.  I teach gentle, yin and vinyasa classes and offer workshops on the use of therapy balls for self-care to help with stress and pain relief and to improve mobility.

Grace Belmonte

As a long-time yoga practitioner, Grace is a 200 Hour RYT Certified yoga instructor. She is grateful for the privilege of movement and loves the strength, insights and focus she finds on the mat. Grace is passionate about sharing these benefits with her students and is committed to helping them build physical strength and mental resilience for their everyday lives.


Tana Daugherty

Yoga and Meditation

Tana is a 200- Hour RYT Vinyasa and 50-Hour RYT Yin Yoga certified Instructor. She holds various meditation and special population certifications and is a Reiki Master, certified crystal healer, EFT practitioner, and reflexologist. Tana's favorite pose: Sleeping Swan in Yin otherwise known as Pigeon in traditional classes.
