Join Michelle Gorman for a shift in perspective as we transition our Sunday morning Yin class to a Yinyasa experience. This 60 minute yoga practice will encompass a combination of our slow, nurturing, contemplative Yin practice with a gentle Vinyasa flow, focusing on grounding, strengthening and balancing from the inside out. This unique style of Yoga combines the meditative stillness and deep stretching of Yin with the dynamic, yet gentle movement and breath centered flow of Vinyasa.
