Xinling Zhu Xinling is a Tai Chi and mindful movement instructor with over 18 years of teaching experience in China, Thailand, and the United States.
Her practice is rooted in the traditional Chen-style Tai Chi system. Over the years, she has come to understand Tai Chi not only as a physical discipline, but as a way to restore balance, cultivate inner calm, and reconnect with the body.
Influenced by her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinling integrates an understanding of energy flow, circulation, and overall well-being into her teaching.
Her classes focus on silk-reeling (Chan Si Gong) as a foundation, combining breath awareness, body alignment, and fluid movement. Through this practice, students are guided to build a stable foundation, release tension, and deepen their connection with the body and mind.
Slow down. Breathe. Move. Reconnect.
Join her for this two hour workshop that is suitable for beginners!
